General Responsibilities

• Managing the recruitment and hiring processes
• Interviewing applicants and provide feedback
• Carrying out the onboarding process for new employees
• Collecting and monitoring the feedback process internally
• Organizing team-building activities and trainings
• Addressing difficult situations and conflicts
• Contributing to the improvement of operational processes by generating ideas and solutions
• Keeping track of HR documentation
